I received a couple of threatening calls from FRS and they also left a threatening message on my parents home phone and at my brothers place of employment. I called the number back and only asked them for their mailing address. I promptly typed up a letter demanding that they send me information and verification on what case they were calling me about and I also sent them a letter stating that they were not allowed to call me regarding this matter. I sent both letters certified mail with return receipt. I received the signed return receipts back from them and I have not heard from them again. Constantly getting recordings on my cell phone from this number.

I receive calls from this number on both my cell phone and my home number at least 10 - 15 times a day. I have a payment plan with Sears and they debit my account every month yet they continue to call. When I answer there is silence for at least 60 seconds so I hang up. If I don't answer and let it go to voicemail all I get on my message is a busy signal. This is harrasement. How do I report them?
